[Checking out the Authorizations package](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/tree/master/specification/authorization/resource-manager/Microsoft.Authorization/preview), the last stable release was in 2015 - but there's been 4 years of Previews since:
Given these API's have been in Preview for 4 years, presumably a newer Stable API is available but undocumented? If so, can it be documented?
