[`SiteConfig`](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/0955eca8c1288aa8220aab34db3a66bdb6ac98cc/specification/web/resource-manager/Microsoft.Web/stable/2020-09-01/CommonDefinitions.json#L1937) does not define a `metadata` property, although that's how ARM templates are advised to set the current stack: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59140969/arm-template-azure-web-app-how-do-you-specify-stack-settings-net-net-core
