Updates to Azure Service Status RSS feed.

**Request: Adding the Regions, Services, Status, and Severity into the payload.**

Currently, the RSS feed provides a brief description of an ongoing issue, which contains the information that is required. However, due to the inconsistency in the format, it is harder to correctly decipher the regions, services, status, and severity of the issues. If these properties were added to the event as response fields, it would help our teams in adding more context to the service status issue.
