Description
This is Yeming from Azure PowerShell team. While we are working on the generated module Az.AppConfiguration, we found what looks like a bug in swagger that `RegenerateKeyParameters.id` is [not marked as required](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/master/specification/appconfiguration/resource-manager/Microsoft.AppConfiguration/preview/2019-11-01-preview/appconfiguration.json#L1151) as it should be.
@jimmyca15 I saw you updated the spec lastly. Could you help correct that? Thanks
(We have a workaround so this is not a blocker)
