Microsoft.ManagedServices/features/GovernanceSettingsPreview feature registration unsupported

Hi guys,

i were trying to test this out, looks like it is a "feature" that will enable PIM for azure lighthouse.

unfortunately i get the following errors:
1. when i try to deploy the arm template or doing call directly to the rest api with powershell getting this error

I get the message, so i tried to register the preview features, and then i get the error below:

is this because it is still in development or it's just not available yet?

Start with the delegated-resource-management-eligible-authorizations sample and the Microsoft.ManagedServices 2020-02-01-preview specification linked in the issue. Reproduce the ARM or PowerShell REST request and the feature-registration attempt; done means establishing whether GovernanceSettingsPreview is supported and recording actionable guidance or the correct specification change.
