Let's Encrypt script not running during deployment. I can't find any logs or trace of the script running during deployment.

If I copy the script to broker server and run it manually everything except the sqlcert works.

Start with the 101-rds-deployment-full-ha template and its scripts/deploycertha.ps1 file. Reproduce the deployment and trace whether the script is invoked, comparing it with the manual run on the broker server. Done means the deployment leaves evidence that the script ran and the reported sqlcert behavior is addressed.
