Template Request: CDN Endpoint with custom domain and HTTPS Example

I could not seem to find an example template describing how to enable a CDN endpoint with HTTPS.

In particular, there is no example template for [`microsoft.cdn/profiles/customdomains`](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.cdn/profiles/customdomains) which seems to be required for this nor is there an example template for [`microsoft.cdn/profiles/endpoints/customdomains`](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.cdn/profiles/endpoints/customdomains) although that one is relative straightforward.
