Azure site not synced with github

### Issue Details

Template was updated 2 months ago & merged recently. The Azure site & portal launch options seem to be broken: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/templates/tableau-server-single-node/

The website does not reflect the correct updated date from the metadata: 2020-05-20 ; in fact, all of the metadata information is out of date. When I click 'deploy' I get an error message.

It seems to be that the website is not synced with the github repo.

Start with the tableau-server-single-node template and compare its metadata with the Azure template page at azure.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/templates/tableau-server-single-node/. Reproduce the portal Deploy error and trace why the website is not reflecting the repository's 2020-05-20 update. Done means the page metadata is current and the deployment launch works.
