### Issue Details
Azure keyvault does not allow downloading "private keys". In this scenario how does one ssh from a different machine. Copying the PVT key from the system that generated them is would work, but then why should I use a keyvault for ssh keys?
Is there an ssh client that supports retrieving keys from Azure keyvault

Research direction
Start by reading the 201-deployment-script-ssh-key-gen template linked in the issue and review how it creates or stores SSH keys in Azure Key Vault. Determine whether the template has a supported remote SSH workflow or whether the limitation needs documenting; done should be a clear answer or a scoped documentation change addressing private-key retrieval and SSH client support.
