Description

CI build pipeline is validated against both US Gov and Public cloud regions and tries to deploy all resource from our QuickStart ARM template in both US Gov and Public cloud regions.
As we are using multiple services in our QuickStart ARM template out of which few (Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Data Lake Analytics) services are not available in US Gov cloud regions. Our CI Pipeline fails in US Gov due to service unavailability.

Research direction

Review the CI build pipeline and QuickStart ARM template deployments first, then identify how US Gov and Public validations are configured. Confirm the regional availability of Azure Data Lake Store and Azure Data Lake Analytics and determine how the US Gov validation should handle unavailable services. Done means the pipeline no longer fails solely because those services are unavailable in US Gov regions.
