Description
When CI pipeline runs on any change on our GitHub repository present in "**azure-quickstart-templates"** , it uses old README.md file from our GitHub repository.It shows same error for any change in README.md file.
As we have limited access on Azure DevOps pipeline provided by Microsoft Quickstart Team we are not able to find it.
