Standard_A1 template is retired

Apparently this deployment is failing for some people (with new accounts) because the Standard_A1 is retired.

It still works for me, but if A1 is retiring and fails for beginners, it's good to change it now.

Open 101-vm-simple-linux/azuredeploy.json at line 67 and inspect the Standard_A1 VM size used by the deployment. Check Azure's current supported replacement for new accounts, update the template, and verify that the deployment no longer depends on the retired size.
