### Issue Details
This imported database's tables show only their column headings without data in any row.
### Repro steps (*if necessary, delete otherwise*)
1. In SSMS, I imported [AdventureWorks2016.bacpac](https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/blob/master/101-azure-database-migration-service/templatefiles/AdventureWorks2016.bacpac) to an Azure SQL Database.
2. I can connect to aw-lt.database.windows.net using SQL Server Authentication with login (Student) and Password (Pa55w.rd). SSMS also lists the created database named: AdventureWorks2016.
