### Issue Details
The active-directory-new-domain Template returns a false uri.
it returns https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/nestedtemplates/..... instead of https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/active-directory-new-domain/nestedtemplates/....

(The deployment fails when using variables to link templates.)

Can you fix that?

Start in the active-directory-new-domain template and inspect how its nested-template URI is formed. Verify that generated URIs include the active-directory-new-domain directory and that deployment using variables no longer fails.
