Guacamole VM in existing VNet

Hi team the https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/guacamole-rdp-vnc-gateway-existing-vnet Template is broken. It seems the Guacamol application is not starting at all...

### Repro steps (*if necessary, delete otherwise*)
1. I used this https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/templates/guacamole-rdp-vnc-gateway-existing-vnet/ oneclick deploy solution Inside my Vnet
2.It deploie sthe VM create all stuff
3. But Inside the VM , Nothing happens.

Start with the guacamole-rdp-vnc-gateway-existing-vnet template linked in the issue and review how the one-click deployment creates the VM inside an existing VNet. Reproduce the deployment and inspect why the Guacamole application does not start; done means the deployed VM provides a working Guacamole gateway.
