### Issue Details
After deploying the sample to Azure using the `Deploy to Azure` button, one of the created Logic Apps has a 404 error causing it to fail:

Start with the 201-logic-app-as2-send-receive template linked in the issue and deploy it using the Deploy to Azure button. Identify which created Logic App returns 404 and compare the deployment resources and configuration with the sample; done means the deployed sample's Logic Apps no longer fail with that error.
