Description
[active-directory-new-domain-ha-2-dc](https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/active-directory-new-domain-ha-2-dc)
### Issue Details
The prepareADBDC DSC file sets a static DNS IP Address. This is not only unnecessary as well as bad practice. The Vnet DNS Setting should suffice.

Research direction
Start in the active-directory-new-domain-ha-2-dc template and inspect the prepareADBDC DSC file's static DNS setting alongside the VNet DNS configuration. Done means the unnecessary static DNS IP address is no longer set and the template relies on the VNet DNS setting.
