### Issue Details
I have faced with many issues , when deploying the code, I tried to solve issues one by one ; until the point that I gave up.
I also created a few questions on stackoverflow such as
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53800940/deploy-cloudera-on-azure-failed-error-with-json-arm-template-function-copyin/53854513#53854513
They also recommended me to contact the owner , mentioning that it is broken

Research direction
Start with the linked Stack Overflow question about the copyIndex ARM template function and locate the Cloudera-on-CentOS template referenced by the issue. Reproduce the deployment and document the concrete failures; done means the template deploys successfully on Azure or its remaining blockers are clearly identified.
