### Issue Details
/scripts/cloud-config.yaml was updated but base64 string in AzureDeploy.json not updated. There is also an invalid base64 string in the /scripts/cloud-config.yaml.b64 for the new cloud-config.

Review guacamole-rdp-vnc-gateway-existing-vnet/scripts/cloud-config.yaml, scripts/cloud-config.yaml.b64, and AzureDeploy.json, comparing the cloud-config content with both base64 representations. Done means the base64 string in AzureDeploy.json reflects the updated cloud-config and the .b64 file contains valid base64 for the new content.
