Description
azure-quickstart-templates/101-vms-with-selfhost-integration-runtime (https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/101-vms-with-selfhost-integration-runtime)
### Issue Details
I have a data factory which has VSTS/Git source control. This template deploys the integration service to the data factory publish branch. I can't work out how to share this with the Git master or other branches for testing. I can't work out either how to pull this service definition back into master.
### Repro steps (*if necessary, delete otherwise*)
1. Create an ADF V2 factory
2. Enable Git source code management with at least master but also other branches
3. deploy this template (and prereqs)
4. open the data factory and notice that the IS in is only available when you use the "DataFactory" drop down. If you select git Git instead, then the IS is not visible in the connections.
5. if you try to use it as a shared IS in the Git view, then the system complains it does not have permission to access the IS
6. if you try to share the main IS, then it does not allow the current data factory to be used.
Thanks, Mark.,

Research direction
Start with the 101-vms-with-selfhost-integration-runtime template linked in the issue and reproduce the behavior using an ADF V2 factory with Git source control enabled. Check how the deployed integration service appears in the DataFactory and Git views and how shared access behaves. Done means the template's integration service is usable from the required Git branches without the reported permission or visibility errors.
