### Issue Details
When Deploying this template i get a DSC error as per below

### Repro steps (*if necessary, delete otherwise*)
1. Deploy from Github - get the error
2. Deploy from Visual Studio Code - Get same error

Start with the 201-vm-sql-full-autopatching template linked in the issue and reproduce the deployment from GitHub or Visual Studio Code. Investigate the dscExtension failure for PrepareSqlServerSa, especially the missing SqlVMStoragePoll and SqlVMDataDisk resources. Done means the template deploys successfully without the reported DSC storage errors.
