#### Issue Details####
Template does not copy final VHD to final storage container to be copied to virtual machines.

So according to the error there should be testvm20180806081822.vhd in 37pfhcsmoyrvctest storage account in a vhd container. But this VHD is actually located in the storage account of the orginal VM. So my guess is either this script is looking in the wrong place for the .vhd file or its looking in the right place but the file was never copied and put in the right place. Can someone with more knowledge of this script help me out? Thanks.
