ADFS template

I am trying to create a template to automate my work.
and the tasks are:
In the first template it should contain:
- 2 Servers to Domain controllers
- 1 Server to AD Connect
- 1 Server to Log collection ( one datadisk – 4 TB HDD format)
second template:
- 1 Server to CA Root server
- 1 Server to CA issuing server
Third template:
- 2 Servers to ADFS
Fourth template:
- 1 Server to MDT
I tried and every time there are many problems. I tried to use DSC scripts, also stile many problems and I can not do it.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by clarifying the required template format, dependencies, and deployment assumptions for the four requested environments. Done means the requested domain controllers, AD Connect, logging, certificate authority, ADFS, and MDT server configurations are covered without the reported deployment problems.
