Re-deploying oms-azure-storage-analytics-solution error

Hello,

When i re-deploy the template i got this error bellow regardless the previous deployment is passed/failed. Note: i also deleted all solutions, runbooks and schedule in automation account before deployment.

Could you show me how to fix this? thanks.
