Description

[101-app-service-certificate-wildcard](https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/101-app-service-certificate-wildcard)

### Issue Details
Hi @bmoore-msft,
In your template you mention we need to give permissions to a couple of service principals, `abfa0a7c-a6b6-4736-8310-5855508787cd` resolves to `Microsoft.Azure.Websites` and I have no issue with that, however I don't appear to have the first service principal of `f3c21649-0979-4721-ac85-b0216b2cf413`. Can you detail what it should resolve to please?

I have tried to find it in three separate tenants, including, CSP, PAYG and MSDN. Neither have it.

Thanks

Research direction

Start with the linked 101-app-service-certificate-wildcard template and inspect where the two service principals are referenced. Determine how the f3c21649-0979-4721-ac85-b0216b2cf413 identifier is documented and whether its expected resolution is still valid. Done means the template guidance clearly identifies the required principal or removes the unresolved reference.
