### Issue Details
Hi,

I deleted my sql server and recreated it using the managed disk, but the automated backup option which was visible before deleting the VM is gone, and after deleting the VM and recreating it and installing the SQL IaaS extension as well, I was unable to see the option, How can the option be available??

Research direction

No repository file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the stated Azure VM deletion and recreation flow while checking the SQL IaaS extension and automated backup configuration; done means identifying why the portal option is absent or documenting the required configuration.
