Azure Hands-on-Lab's user has not enough permissions to perform necessary actions described in the lab

I'm using [this Azure hand-on-lab

I can successfully login to the `Azure Portal` with the username/password provided by the lab. But when I perform `step 7 of task 1` to create `Recovery Services vault` I get the following permission error. Please help so I can continue to complete the lab that is a part of a Microsoft Azure's course that I'm working on:

**ERROR**:

(Code: AuthorizationFailed)

Start with the linked Azure hands-on lab, especially step 7 of task 1, and reproduce the AuthorizationFailed error for the Recovery Services vault deployment. Check the reported identity, subscription, resource-group scope, and microsoft.resources/deployments/validate/action permission to determine whether the failure belongs to the lab configuration or the template. Done means the lab user can complete that step successfully.
