K8s azuredeploy.parameters.json template incorrect

It appears that there has been substantial changes to the azuredeploy.parameters.json template for the Kubernetes quickstart. The previous one had a lot more parameters defined in it and had better representation to the azuredeploy.json templte too.

The default type of Orchestratortype is wrong it is show DCOS instead of Kubernetes
