Description

When i use 101-vnet-two-subnets and select the RG, the location becomes grayed-out.
When creating a network through the portal without script, I can select a different location.
How to deploy a 101-vnet-two-subnets to a different location than the selected location from the RG?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the 101-vnet-two-subnets template and the location and resource-group behavior described in the issue. Compare it with portal network creation to determine whether an independently selectable location is supported. Done means the requested location choice works during deployment or the limitation is clearly documented.
