ETH - Consortium coin-base account password

### Issue Details
I have set up this template and it all works ok, I am however trying to execute transaction from web3js with the coinbase account. I obviously need to unlock it but I do not know the password for it. Where can I find or where did i set up the password for the coinbase account of the consortium.
