101-vm-user-image-data-disks Getting error: StorageAccountTypeNotSupported

I am trying to deploy a VM from an Image I created and am getting the following error.

Provisioning failed. Storage account loadtestdisks525 is of Premium_LRS type. Boot Diagnostics supports Standard_GRS,Standard_LRS,Standard_RAGRS storage account types.. StorageAccountTypeNotSupported

I am deploying in to existing resource group where my OS and Data disk images reside. I am not sure how to fix the issue. I thought that the new VM had to be created from the same storage account that I captured my template VM from.

The payload names no file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the VM deployment from the captured image in the existing resource group and investigate the Boot Diagnostics storage-account requirement; the issue is done when the supported configuration or a concrete template change is identified and documented.
