What telemetry is available to template contributors?

What telemetry is available to teams that contribute a template, for example our [sonarqube-azuresql]{https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/sonarqube-azuresql) template?
- Can we extract views and deployments?
- Are there recommendations on including telemetry?

Essentially we would like to understand if our template is being discovered, deployed, and whether it's making an impact.
