### Issue Details
Hey together
i have almost the same issue as this guy [https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/issues/1294] but my deployment crashes one step earlier.
Whats wrong with my template?
short explanation...
1. i want to deploy my own specialized vhd (new vm) on a existing vnet -> i use the azure portal (templates)
2. the vhd is inside a blob container with the rights of a container (uploadet via powershell)
3. i have an existing vnet with own subnet's
4. the vhd is non-sysprepped -> is the vhd fault?
so whats wrong with my deployment?

Research direction
Start with 201-specialized-vm-in-existing-vnet/azuredeploy.json and the reported Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/write and Microsoft.Resources/deployments/write errors; inspect the existing VNet, subnet references, and specialized VHD inputs before reproducing the deployment. Done means the template’s cause is identified and a documented correction is validated by a successful deployment.
