deployment fails

WordPress using MySQL Replication Cluster (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/partners/azureappservice/wordpressmysqlvmclusterwordpress-mysql-hybrid/)

the deployment seem to fail when it try to install the extension named setupMySQL

i tried to do it from two different subscriptions with the same issue.

i like to mention that i tired this template last month and all worked fine, what has changed?

i attached the error details from the portal ( i cant gain access to the server to get the logs since it didnt complete the setup and the VM has no IP assigned)
