Hi. It looks like this template does not work anymore. The error which I receive:
`The guid specified for parameter hostId must not be Guid.Empty.
Parameter name: hostId (Code: BadArgument, Target: ThrowEmptyGuidNotAllowedException)`

2. Deploy fails with the error
