### Issue Details
I am not an expert of networking neither of azure in general. I am just wondering why I would choose the `private-aks-cluster-with-public-dns-zone` over the `private-aks-cluster` template. What advantages does the public dns zone bring me? Thanks in advance for your advice. Of course, let's make abstraction of the advantages brought by the other features provided by the `private-aks-cluster-with-public-dns-zone` template (availability of an ACR, key vault).

Research direction
Compare the two linked demos, private-aks-cluster-with-public-dns-zone and private-aks-cluster, starting with their template definitions and networking settings. Document the practical reason to choose the public DNS zone variant, excluding the ACR and Key Vault differences, and make the comparison understandable to users unfamiliar with Azure networking.
