Purview readme - dead links

The links contained under the heading `Get started with your Purview resource` (end of file) do not exist:

* [Create a collection](/azure/purview/quickstart-create-collection)
* [Register a resource](/azure/purview/azure-purview-connector-overview)
* [Scan the resource](/azure/purview/concept-scans-and-ingestion)

I've tried looking through commit history but I am not finding this content.

Open the README in quickstarts/microsoft.azurepurview/azure-purview-deployment and inspect the links under “Get started with your Purview resource.” Check the current Purview documentation and repository history for replacements; done means the README no longer contains dead links and its guidance points to valid content.
