ValidateLength error when using securestrings

## Description
When using the min/maxLength attreibutes for securestring parameters we fail with
"Cannot validate argument on parameter 'SecurePass'. The ValidateLength attribute cannot be applied to a parameter that is not a string or string[] parameter. Make the parameter a string or string[] parameter."

Note: this only happens if the parameter values are not supplied and powershell prompts for it.
In this case we seem to apply the ValidateLength attribute which is not valid for the securestring data type
