Description
Following the PlatyPS 1.0.x upgrade, we now have a unified "contract" with the Learn team for reference doc publish. This work focuses on simplifying the existing doc pipeline by identifying and removing redundant pipeline and tool, reducing complexity, and aligning the process with the new document workflow.
