Description
### Type of issue
Code doesn't work
### Feedback
I am currently working on updating a Recovery Plan using the Update-AzRecoveryServicesAsrRecoveryPlan command, but I'm unsure how to use it effectively. I've tried various approaches but haven't found a working example for my scenario.
My specific requirement is to update a Recovery Plan by reading values (such as VM names or other details) from an Excel file. Additionally, I would like to understand what types of objects can be updated using this command. Can it be used to update only the replicated items, or is it also capable of modifying groups and actions within the Recovery Plan?
Could you please provide a working example demonstrating how to use this command, especially in the context of updating a Recovery Plan based on data from an Excel file?

Research direction
Start with src/RecoveryServices/RecoveryServices/help/Update-AzRecoveryServicesAsrRecoveryPlan.md and the linked Microsoft Learn page. Review the command's documented parameters and examples, then clarify which Recovery Plan objects can be updated and add a working example that addresses values read from an Excel file. Done means the supported scope and usage are explicit.
