Description
### Description
When using the New-AzMaintenanceConfiguration the NameSpace is not set.
When doing a new Maintenace Configuration with Bicep or Terraform it is set by default or you can set it manually.
Should we not have the same possibility to do it here?
It might not be mandatory right now but might be in the future?
