### Description of the new feature
[SnowflakeV2LinkedService](https://github.com/Azure/azure-powershell/blob/e1d940a3774e1691f5cfa2359e3f585a23a932c7/src/DataFactory/DataFactory.Management.Sdk/Generated/Models/SnowflakeV2LinkedService.cs#L100) doesn't expose the Snowflake role. When using Set-AzDataFactoryV2LinkedService the role is ignored.
However from the UI the role can be set:
