Couldn't get **VirtualNetwork** and **OutboundRule** values from Azure Load Balancer's Backend Pools configuration in PowerShell. For example,

$backendPools = Get-AzLoadBalancerBackendAddressPool -ResourceGroupName $ResourceGroup -LoadBalancerName $LoadBalancerName -Debug

ForEach ($backendPool in $backendPools) {
Write-Host "OutboundRule", $backendPool.OutboundRuleText
Write-Host "VirtualNetwork", $backendPool.VirtualNetworkText
}
```

The **OutboundRule** and **VitualNetwork** values returned is **null**.
