cmdlets misdocumented and not enough examples

### Feedback

we have received multiple azure cases and feedback " specifically in Azure Government" that these configuration assignments commands in the docs are mis documented and missing key information and examples.

for example parameters listed as optional are causing the commands to fail when not provided and so on.

I want to touch base with you to see if there is a specific team we should reach out to triage/review these docs
