Get-AzEffectiveRouteTable output does not include NextHopIpAddress and addressPrefix

### Description

Get-AzEffectiveRouteTable output does not include NextHopIpAddress and addressPrefix in the output.
it is visible in the body data

see also [ https://github.com/Azure/azure-powershell/issues/22231 ](url) where this bug is mentioned, but the conclusion there is to alter the documentation. in comparison to Azure CLI and the Azure Portal the NextHopIpAddress and addressPrefix should be returned.
