Description

### Description

`Get-AzResource `
or
`Get-AzResource -Name `
throws an error:
**Get-AzResource: Unable to deserialize the response.**

`Get-AzResource -ResourceGroupName `
and
`Get-AzResource -ResourceGroupName -Name `
work fine.
