this command has limitation only work with virtual network without PaaS Service. PaaS resources deployed in a subnet (AppGWv1, VPN GW, APIM, and etc)
Please check with internal team to confirm details, feel free to reach out, I can share more details
when we use the ip address the belongs to PaaS resource, the API return True, but it is incorrect message and that ip is not available.
