### Description

I am trying to get the details of my alert rule using the command
Get-AzAlertRule -TargetResourceId /subscriptions/7ce7d15a-7f61-4922-8636-8ceeade88284/resourceGroups/cluster01_group/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/windowsvm
When i press enter it asks for the resource group details . After entering the details when i press enter it says
