Description
### Description
Hi all,
I would like to ask a question about the output of `Export-AzResourceGroup` command.
As an example, consider a Node.js web on Windows on App Service. I have observed no change in the output JSON of `Export-AzResourceGroup` between before and after updating the Node.js version using at the web app.
The command appears to output the settings at the time the resource was created, rather than following the latest settings. Is it a specification of the command?
I would imagine from the name of the command that it is normal that the output is the latest version for the resource.

Research direction
The report concerns the Export-AzResourceGroup command and a Node.js web app on Windows App Service. Start by reproducing the command before and after changing the Node.js version, then compare the JSON with the current App Service settings. Done means establishing whether creation-time output is intentional or correcting the command to reflect the latest settings.
