Description

### Description

For the Azure package version 5.3.1, the entries in the dependencies tab are missing.

Looking at previous versions there should be an entry for Azure.Storage.
I am using a script that uses these entries on the site, can I ask you to update this?

Research direction

Start by comparing the Azure 5.3.1 dependencies tab with previous Azure package versions at the linked PowerShell Gallery page, focusing on the missing Azure.Storage entry. Identify where this package metadata is produced or published, then verify that Azure.Storage appears in the 5.3.1 dependencies tab when the issue is resolved.
